I hail from Grand Rapids, MI, and though I landed in IT a bit by accident, I absolutely fell in love with it. Customer service is what I was born to do. There is nothing more rewarding than someone looking at you like a genius after you fix a problem that seemed impossible to them. It makes me feel like a superhero.

When I’m not at work I’m usually watching a game or chilling on my couch watching TV. My heaven is Northern Michigan during the summer. Fun fact: I have 2 fraternal twin sisters.
